The director of a department store sits in his office, when the telephones start ringing. Customers are complaining about various products, which they want to replace by something better. Then a string of shop assistants approach him with similar complaints from customers in the store. The director becomes increasingly stressed. He starts to mix up words in his replies, so they come in a wrong order, thereby causing a comic effect. He also makes deliberate jokes in some of his comments. At last one of his assistants arrives with a cup of Gevalia coffee. The director brightens, and says that this at least is a product which no one wants to replace by something else.
