Mario (Orestes Ojeda) was forced by his mother, Dona Paula (Carmen Enriquez), to marry Lorna (Nyl Cavestany) and end his intimate relationship with Sisa (Alma Moreno), a simple and poor girl pregnant with his child. Sisa gave birth to her child in the forest while being chased by Dona Paula’s armed men. They were able to get her child and believed that she was already killed, until they all witness her return and brave revenge as Sisang Tabak.
