Two young men whose lives are destroyed by drugs. Desmond is a small-time dealer trying to earn money to take care of his sick mother, while Killian is a homeless addict struggling to survive on the streets. When Desmond is forced to sell a new and dangerous drug, Killian unknowingly buys it and shares it with his friend Antonio. After Antonio dies from an overdose, Killian blames Desmond and sets out to confront him. As both men deal with loss, guilt and desperation, they discover they are both victims of the same drug operation. Caught between addiction, poverty, and the cruelty of those who both profit from both, their paths collide that end in loss.
