90% Electric Man

A boy gifted with electrical powers, fueled entirely by his own joy, wishes for nothing more than to live happily and use his abilities to help his fellow apartment residents. But, his true happiness is shattered when the residents begin to exploit him as a living power source. Forced and pressured to constantly be happy for the sake of others, he ultimately loses his powers altogether.
