The story follows a young man named Midun who continues the legacy of traditional circumcision services left behind by his late father, a skilled tok mudim in the village. With the help of his late father's friend Mustafa, he strives to provide the best service. However, his service begins to be challenged with the arrival of modern medicine brought by Dr Nur.
