Elena Lucena was an Argentinian actress, dancer and singer. She started her career as a singer in Argentinian radio during the 1930s and she became famous for her personification of her character Chimbela, who was later adapted to cinema, theater and television. She was part of multiple films during the 1940s, usually playing a comic relief character.
