Lisa was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 24th, 1952. Both her parents attended Wayne State University. Before she was one-year of age, the family moved to New York City. Lisa began nude modeling for various artists in New York City in 1973 and continued for seven years. Moses Soyer and his brothers, Raphael and Issac were among the artists she posed for. Lisa graduated from Barnard College in 1978 with a degree in geography. Unhappy and frustrated with a job in the financial sector, Lisa begins working in a live sex venue known as Show World in 1979. Lisa also begins prostituting in 1979. She became a stripper at the Melody Burlesk in 1980. Lisa also began her pornographic film career in March of 1980 with A Scent of Heather. Her final film was Teach Me in 1982. Lisa continued prostituting for twenty-five years until September 2004. Imbued with a strong social conscience, Lisa continues to advocate for the institution of prostitution, the pornography profession and gender & racial equality. Lisa is also a sculptor, painter and writer.
