Ivan Padilla is a Filipino-American actor known for his early career in Hollywood under the screen name Germaine De Leon with recurring and guest roles in American television series such as Dexter, Lucifer, and Criminal Minds, as well as supporting parts in films like Here Comes the Boom, before relocating to the Philippines to pursue acting under his real name in prominent local productions including Maria, Expensive Candy, Goyo: The Boy General, and 100 Tula Para kay Stella. Padilla comes from a prominent Filipino show business family as the grandson of actor-diplomat Amado Cortez and actress Gloria Sevilla, and a relative of the Padilla clan, including actor Robin Padilla.
