Jason Scott is an American archivist, technology historian, filmmaker, performer, and actor. He is known for his work in digital preservation and for directing technology-focused documentaries including BBS: The Documentary, Get Lamp, and DEFCON: The Documentary. He is also the creator of textfiles.com and has worked with the Internet Archive.
