Sage Parker was born on August 4, 1955, in Orléans, France. She began her acting career in 1977, gradually building a portfolio of roles in both film and television. Parker is best known for her role as Dr. Tyler in the science fiction classic RoboCop (1987). Throughout the 1980s and early 1990s, she appeared in various films and television series, often portraying supporting characters.
