Ruslan Talibkhan oglu Nasirov was an Azerbaijani film actor and voice actor. He was one of the performers of children's roles. Ruslan Nasirov dubbed foreign films for Azerbaijani television. Ruslan Nasirov died in Baku on March 6, 2015.
