Katlyn Wong is a New Zealand–Chinese actor whose work spans film, television, and theatre. She trained at the New Zealand Drama School: Toi Whakaari, where she began developing the emotional range and clarity that have become hallmarks of her screen performances. Her television work includes roles such as Cherry in the SBS Australia and Kindling Pictures mini-series Safe Home; Ning in Chrysanthemum; Madame Chung in Time Bandits; Robin in Good Grief; Emily in The Pact; Jiang Lee in The Gulf; Dr. Jackie Lee in The Brokenwood Mysteries; Sheema in The Shannara Chronicles; and Joyce in Westside. On film, she has appeared in Take 3, My Wedding and Other Secrets (directed by Roseanne Liang), and Mystic. Her performance as Xiao Hu Diep in Wait earned her a Best Actor Festival Award.
