Jonathan Dümcke (born March 9, 1991, in Potsdam; died August 5, 2013, in Italy) was a German actor. Jonathan Dümcke was the son of television producer Wolfgang Dümcke and Martina Dümcke-Holling (née Holling). He began his acting career in 2000 in the television series *Max & Lisa*. He became known to a wider audience through the role of Tommy in the television series *Bloch*, in which he appeared from 2002 to 2012. In 2006, he played one of the lead roles in the feature film *TKKG – Das Geheimnis um die rätselhafte Mind-Machine*. Additionally, Dümcke was also active as a stage actor. Jonathan Dümcke was born with a complex congenital heart defect and underwent four heart surgeries between 1991 and his death. He died on August 5, 2013, at the age of 22, while traveling in Italy, as a result of his heart condition.
