Panya Zhu is a Thai-Chinese director, screenwriter, editor, and producer who born in Bangkok, Thailand. He made his first short film when he was 14 years old. He graduated from the school of digital media and cinematic arts at Bangkok University. He first received national acclaim in 2016 for his short film, White Paper, which received an Honorable Mention prize in the Thai Youth Film section and White Pigeon Award at the Thai Short Film & Video Festival.
