Hiroki Iwasa is a musician and filmmaker. Born in 1976 in Saitama Prefecture. In 1999, he began independently producing gay films alongside filmmaker Koichi Imaizumi under the name "habakari-cinema+records." Since then, working under the moniker "PEixe-elétrico," he has composed the music and designed the sound for nearly all of their subsequent works. In 2001, he directed his first short film, titled grey SILENCE. He has also worked as a critic since 2016, writing reviews of music and film on Japanese website ‘ele-king.’
