Gordon MacDonald is a British actor whose career spans film, television, and stage. He is best known for his film roles in The Thin Red Line (1998), Perfect Stranger (2007), The Brave One (2007), and Drive-Away Dolls (2024). On television, he had recurring roles on Saving Grace (2007–2010) and multiple appearances across the Law & Order franchise. On stage, he appeared Off-Broadway in Happy Hour (2011, Atlantic Theater Company), Trumbo: Red White and Blacklisted (2003, earning a Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Featured Actor), and Invention for Fathers and Sons (1992). He is the long-time partner of actress Holly Hunter, whom he met in 2003; the couple welcomed twin sons, Press and Claude, in January 2006.
