Devin Fromer is a writer, director, producer, actor, and editor from San Rafael, California. Since high school, he has produced five independent feature films, two of which he wrote and directed, as well as various short films and other multimedia projects. His debut feature, Bus 233, received positive reviews and a limited theatrical release in the San Francisco Bay Area when he was just 18 years old. He followed it with his second feature, I Happy, I Lover, continuing to build a body of character-driven, independent work. His films often blend drama and comedy, focusing on intimate, personal stories that explore the complexities of human relationships and everyday experience. He is currently in production on his next feature with plans for a 2026 release.
