Fariz Aliyev

Fariz Aliyev was born in Baku. He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Architecture and Construction (2001-2006). As the president of the “Yeni Bakulilar” club, he was the organizer and editor-in-chief of KVN competitions held in Azerbaijan. Since 2002, he began writing scripts for SHK teams. In 2003, he began his first television activity at ANS TV. He worked as a scriptwriter, editor and project manager at ANS TV, Space TV, Lider TV, ATV, ITV, Khazar TV. He was the editor-in-chief of the “Akademiya” song contest reality show, director of the Baku Variety Theater, project manager and editor-in-chief of the “Gulush Ulduzu” project (Khazar TV), the first television competition of comedians. He worked as a scriptwriter at “M-Group” production (2010-2014), SOY production (2015-2017). He worked as the chief producer and deputy executive director at ARB TV (2019-2022). He worked as the deputy executive director for creative affairs at ATV TV channel (2022-2024), and as the acting executive director at MTV Azerbaijan TV channel (2024).
