Peter Gregg

Peter Gregg, born on May 4, 1940, in New York City, was an iconic American racing driver and team owner, renowned for his success with Porsche in the 1970s. Known as “Peter Perfect” for his meticulous approach to racing, Gregg won four IMSA GT championships and six 24 Hours of Daytona races. As the owner of Brumos Porsche, he helped shape the team's legacy in endurance racing. Gregg’s disciplined driving style and commitment to excellence made him a dominant figure in American sports car racing until his untimely passing in 1980.
