Tigr first began performing in explicit hardcore movies in the early 1980s and was often cast in eager schoolgirl roles due to her slim build and youthful appearance. Tigr also worked behind the scenes on several adult films as either an assistant director or a production manager. Following her retirement from hardcore porn in 1988, Tigr went on to work in the legal field in Los Angeles, California.
