Ryainna Lopez is an American actress, writer, and filmmaker known for her emotionally driven performances and passion for storytelling. Born in Saginaw, Michigan and currently based in Arkansas, she began developing her creative voice at a young age through film and theatre. Lopez made her debut as a lead actress and filmmaker with the 2025 short film Step 10, a suspenseful coming-of-age story that she wrote, directed, edited, and starred in. Her performance as Phoebe Riverdale showcased her ability to portray complex emotions while balancing drama, mystery, and humor. She has since appeared in the short film Office Hours with Rerolled Studios and in My Mother Talks to a Tree, directed by Brett Helms. Alongside her on-screen work, Lopez continues to pursue creative projects as both a performer and storyteller. In addition to film, Lopez has participated in theatre productions and has been featured in interviews with Madison Magazine and VoyageKC, where she has spoken about her journey as a young filmmaker and performer. She is developing Redwood Diaries, a horror mystery project she created. Through her work both in front of and behind the camera, Lopez aims to tell bold, character-driven stories that connect with young audiences and explore themes of identity, mystery, and resilience.
