James Jackson "Jim J." Bullock (born February 9, 1955, in Casper, Wyoming) is an American actor and comedian known for his scene-stealing, flamboyant comedic roles. He first rose to national fame in the 1980s as the lovable Monroe Ficus on the ABC sitcom Too Close for Comfort.
