Misono Sakura (美園さくら, May 6th) is a Japanese actress and former Top Musumeyaku for the Moon Troupe in the Takarazuka Revue Company (2019-2021). In 2022 she announced acting wasn't for her and went on to attain a graduate degree in psychology from Keio University. Citing her time in the Takarazuka Revue as a big inducer of stress at the time, she stated that helping others-especially young people- is most important to her and wishes for the stigma surrounding mental health issues in Japan to be reduced. She has since made a return to the stage appearing in the 2024 Umeda Arts Theater production of Death Takes a Holiday playing the starring role of Grazia.
